On October 18, 2021, an Assembly of the Province of St. Maximilian M. Kolbe in South Korea was held online using the Zoom platform.
Due to the pandemic, each community participated from its respective friary via Internet connection. It has always been difficult to meet, but ironically, unlike the other Assemblies, all the confreres were able to participate this time, even those residing abroad.
The Assembly started at 2:00 p.m. [Korean time] and lasted just over two hours, ending around 4:00 p.m. During the meeting, the Provincial Econom gave a presentation on the financial situation of the Province. Afterwards, the Guardians shared news about their communities and the Presidents of the Commissions discussed the work of their commissions.
The Assembly was a significant occasion for spending fraternal time with the confreres after such a long period.
