The event took place at the Mar\u00eda Inmaculada Friary in Cuautitl\u00e1n Izcalli, Mexico.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ceremony was presided over by the Minister Provincial (recently elected for a second term), Friar Mario CASTRO MART\u00cdNEZ.
