Convoked by the Assistant General for the FALC, Friar Rog\u00e9rio PEREIRA XAVIER, the friars reflected on several topics proposed by the Federation\u2019s Steering Committee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These included <em>\u201c<\/em><em>The Earlier Rule in the Context of the Celebration of Its 800<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary,<\/em><em>\u201d<\/em> presented by Friar Marcos Alejandro QUESADA NAVARRO of the Provincial Custody of Mary, Mother of Mercy in Central America; <em>\u201cThe Relationship with Minors: How to Perform Preliminary Investigations in Case of Abuse,\u201d<\/em> presented by Friar Antonio Enrique SANDOVAL POVEDA, also from the Custody of Central America; and <em>\u201cThe FALC Novitiate in Colombia: A Report on the Novitiate,\u201d<\/em> presented by the Custos of the Provincial Custody of St. Francis of Assisi in Colombia, Friar Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s CASTRO FARAH, together with the Novice Master of the Custody of Columbia, Friar Pedro Pablo BERM\u00daDEZ. Friar Pablo ROSARIO DOM\u00cdNGUEZ, from the Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico, also attended the Assembly, and the Minister General, Friar Carlos A.
