The ceremony took place in the chapel of the San Antonio de Padua Friary in Bogot\u00e1, Colombia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Friar David comes from the city of Medell\u00edn, Colombia. He was born on June 16, 1993, and made his simple profession on June 11, 2017. The solemn profession ceremony was presided over by the Provincial Custos, Friar Sidifredo de la Cruz CHAPARRO GUALDR\u00d3N.<br \/>\nThe solemn profession of a friar is always a reason for joy and hope. The Lord continues to send us brothers to enlarge our family and, over time, spread our charism, which our Seraphic Father St. Francis bequeathed to us.<br \/>\nFriar David&#8217;s solemn profession was a very meaningful event for the Custody\u2019s postulants and temporary professed.
