Kolbe in Brazil (Brasilia); and Friar Jos\u00e9 Hugo DA SILVA SANTOS, Minister Provincial of the Province of St. Francis in Brazil (S\u00e3o Paulo).<br \/>\nOn Thursday, September 15, the Capitulars elected Friar Carlos Roberto DE OLIVEIRA CHARLES as the new Provincial Custos.
