Also present, as a guest, was Friar Lucjan BOGUCKI, the Custos of the Provincial Custody of the Immaculate Conception of the B.V.M. in Slovakia. Friar Lucjan offered a spiritual reflection entitled \u201cJoy\u201d.<br \/>\nThe Capitulars approved the Provincial Statutes based on the new Constitutions.
