Kolbe in Brazil professed their simple vows. The professions were celebrated at the Jardim da Imaculada Shrine Church in Cidade Ocidental, Goi\u00e1s State, Brazil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Those who made their simple profession were Friars Francisco BRUNO DE SOUSA; Breno BARROS DOS ANJOS; Naum Gabriel GOMES DA SILVA; Alyson RABELO ARA\u00daJO; and Andrey Ferreira MARQUES CAVALCANTE.<br \/>\nThe Mass was presided over by the Minister Provincial, Friar Brother Gilberto DE JESUS RODRIGUES, and was attended by many friars living in and around the capital city of Brasilia.<br \/>\nWe congratulate our professed for their commitment and for declaring their \u201cyes.\u201d We pray to God Most High that they may persevere and be faithful to the Order\u2019s mission.<br \/>\nThe theme chosen for this profession event was taken from a passage in the Later Rule: \u201cLet them [the friars] pay attention to what they must desire above all else: to have the Spirit of the Lord and Its holy activity&#8230;\u201d (<em>Later Rule<\/em> 10: 8 FF 104).<br \/>\nMay our Seraphic Father St. Francis bless you all!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">Friar Gilberto DE JESUS RODRIGUES<\/p>\nngg_shortcode_0_placeholder\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Saturday, February 10, 2024, some friars of the Province of St. Maximilian M.
