The friary is a presence of the Province of the Immaculate Mother of God in Poland (Warsaw). The theme of the retreat series was, <em>\u201cWhat Is Most Important Is Invisible to Your Eyes.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>February is a very joyful time in Niepokalan\u00f3w Lasek. Why? Throughout the month the retreat center is filled with lots of kids. This year, about three hundred children came from all over Poland to spend the winter holidays, deepen their relationship with Jesus and His Mother and befriend the angels. It was a time of prayer, fun, and mutual bonding.<\/p>\n<p>Each day the children attended Mass, where the retreat leader, Friar Grzegorz M. \u015aWIERKOSZ, spoke about three important truths in everyone\u2019s life: the glorious Church, the pilgrim Church and the suffering Church.<br \/>\nEach day, the children attended meetings where they would be divided into smaller groups. Each group was led by an animator based on prepared outlines. Each evening, everyone gathered in the chapel for Evening Prayer and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, led by Friar Sylwester G\u0104GLEWSKI.<br \/>\nThe final day concluded with Mass, attended by parents as well, and the children willingly entrusted themselves to the Mother of God in the Militia of the Immaculata.<br \/>\nThe retreat in Niepokalan\u00f3w Lasek is always a beautiful time.
