\u201cPok\u00f3j i Dobro\u201d<\/em> (Peace and All Good) is a music group composed of Conventual Franciscan friars studying at the seminary in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a \u0141agiewniki, Poland. For more than forty years, Conventual Franciscan seminarians who study there have been organizing concerts and releasing recordings. Their discography includes more than a dozen pieces, released on tape cassettes and, in recent years, on five CDs.<\/strong><\/p>\n On Sunday, March 30, 2025, the student friars released their sixth album, entitled: \u201cA Book of Hope.\u201d <\/em>It was worked on for the last five years. Direct preparations for its release began more than a year ago. The entire process involved professional and semi-professional musicians and artists to ensure that the final product would be of the highest possible audiovisual quality\u2014something crucial in today\u2019s world of the Internet and media. \nWhere did the album\u2019s name come from? What is the common theme among all the songs? \u201cHope<\/em>.\u201d The title was chosen a few months before Pope Francis declared the Jubilee Year \u201cPilgrims of Hope.\u201d <\/em>It\u2019s a sign that God has been guiding this work.
\nIn addition to a previously recorded music video, a new video with subtitles was created to promote the album\u2019s most beautiful song: The Prophecy of Ezekiel<\/em>. The song directly addresses desperate situations in people\u2019s lives. It was inspired by a passage from Ezekiel chapter 37, where the prophet has a conversation with God about faith in bringing people back to life through hope placed in God\u2019s omnipotence.
\nFor friars living and working outside of Poland, the song, Most Beautiful among the Creatures<\/em>, is highly recommended; it is also the band\u2019s first track to be released in English. It was composed in thanksgiving to the Mother of God for her tender care. It is hoped this song will stimulate others to confidently entrust themselves to Our Mother. All friars are urged to share this track (and others) with the faithful they serve in their pastoral ministry.<\/p>\n
