On October 24-26 and November 7-9, 2025, two weekend meetings were held at the friary in Niepokalanów Lasek, Poland, for children and youth who are members of the Militia of the Immaculata. The friary is a presence of the Province of the Immaculate Mother of God in Poland.
The main theme of the meetings was “Attachments.” These can be good, pulling us up, or bad, pulling us down. A total of 165 people attended the meetings. Although the meetings were brief, they took place in an atmosphere of prayer and joy.
The highlight of each day was Mass, common prayer, Evening Prayer (led by Friar Grzegorz M. ŚWIERKOSZ), and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
There was also the traditional movie marathon with popcorn and fruit juice. In addition, there was an outdoor game called “Save Włodek’s Heart,” and a youth group meeting under the slogan “My Life is a Ship.” The morning was joyful and the evening was filled with games and dancing.
Rapper Piotr KOWALCZYK was a guest at the meetings; he shared his testimony of life and conversion.
The meetings concluded with Mass, at which parents were invited to attend as well. Everyone departed Niepokalanów Lasek with smiling faces and the hope of meeting again during the winter holidays.
