On October 22-23, 2018, the Province of St. Maximilian M. Kolbe in Korea held an assembly of its friars at the St. Francis Retreat House in Hannam-dong, Seoul.
The friars shared fraternal time together and discussed current issues in the Order.
After the assembly, an Extraordinary Provincial Chapter was held at the same place, October 23-24, for a period of two days and one night. Nineteen friars attended this Chapter.
One important topic was the social welfare work in which the friars are engaged. The friars took some time to consider how they should live as Franciscans in these changing times.
