There, Friar Giuseppe also witnessed the signing of the renewal of the Memorandum of Agreement between the archdiocese, represented by the Most Reverend Marlo PERALTA, Archbishop of Nueva Segovia, Philippines, and the parish, represented by Friar Emmanuel GIVA, the Provincial Custos, and Friar Nicholas Dhelle SOLIS, the Pastor. Friar Giuseppe then went on to visit several more friaries, namely, the St. Augustine Friary in Parañaque City; the St. Anthony of Padua Friary in Dolores, Province of Eastern Samar; the St. Francis of Assisi Friary in Binangonan, Province of Rizal; the St. Joseph Friary in Tagaytay City; the St. Maximilian Friary in Parañaque City; and the Immaculata Friary in the Novaliches neighborhood of Quezon City. He personally met with each of the solemnly professed friars and spoke to the simply professed, novices and postulants as a group. Friar Giuseppe also had a chance to meet some members of the Militia of the Immaculata, the Secular Franciscan Order and the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of Assisi.
At the end of the visitation, Friar Giuseppe thanked the friars for their hospitality and said that he felt very much at home with them. This was his first canonical visitation as the Assistant General for the FAMC Federation
