The 2020-2021 pre-novitiate year has begun for some confreres in the Province of St. Maximilian M. Kolbe in India.
At 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2020, a ceremony was held for eleven postulants beginning their year of preparation for the novitiate. The event took place at the Friary of St. Anthony of Padua in Puthenchira East, Kerala State, India. The postulants were welcomed by the Minister Provincial of India, Friar Bonaventure KALLUVETTUKUZHIYIL. Others at the ceremony included the Vicar Provincial, Friar Antony NALLUKUNNEL; and the Rector of the pre-novitiate, Friar Raphael KANIYAMPALACKAL.
We hope our confreres will live this year of discernment in trusting abandonment to the Lord and we assure them of our closeness in prayer.
