On Saturday, May 28, 2022, two deacons from the Province of St. Maximilian M. Kolbe in Poland (Gdańsk) were ordained to the priesthood. They are Friars Karol RZEŹNICKI and Wojciech KASPROWICZ.
The ordinations took place at the Shrine of Our Lady of Miracles in Poznań, Poland. The Mass and the ordination liturgy were presided over by the Most Reverend Stanisław GĄDECKI, Metropolitan Archbishop of Poznań. Those concelebrating included the Minister Provincial of Gdańsk, Friar Wojciech KULIG; his Vicar Provincial, Friar Andrzej LENGENFELD; the Vicar Provincial of the Province of the Immaculate Mother of God in Poland (Warsaw), Friar Mirosław BARTOS; the Rector of the Major Seminary in Łódź Łagiewniki, Poland, Friar Piotr ŻURKIEWICZ; and Friars Mariusz FAŁKOWSKI and Robert WOŁYNIEC, Guardians of the friaries where the new priests had been serving as deacons.
