On April 26-28, 2024, a retreat for youth preparing to receive the sacrament of confirmation took place at the friary in Niepokalanów Lasek, a presence of the Province of the Immaculate Mother of God in Poland (Warsaw). The theme was kerygma [proclaiming the Gospel].

A group of twenty-five young people came from one of the parishes in Pabianice, Poland, accompanied by Father Andrzej WROŃSKI. The retreat was led by Friars Grzegorz Maria SZYMANIK and Grzegorz Maria ŚWIERKOSZ.
Mass was the high point of each day. The retreat program also included some meditations, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, group work, the act of consecration to the Immaculata and receiving the Miraculous Medal.
There was also much joy in interacting together during the cheerful evenings of the retreat.
