On September 18-22, 2024, more than two thousand pilgrims visited the site of the Eucharistic Miracle in Walldürn, Germany, where a corporal stained with the Lord’s Blood is venerated. The site also featured a statue of the Virgin of Fatima, which was blessed by Pope Paul VI on May 13, 1967. The statue was on a pilgrimage tour, together with the relics of Saints Francisco and Jacinta Marto.

The five-day event saw an influx of faithful during the Masses and liturgies and at other times as well. All of the visitors spent time in silent prayer. Many went to confession. Other highlights during the event included a lecture on the importance of the Fatima apparitions for people today, a Mass at which a newly ordained priest was blessed, and an evening procession with candles.
