At 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2018, the Province of St. Maximilian Kolbe in Brazil celebrated the solemn profession of six of its confreres. The event took place at the São Francisco de Assis Shrine in Brasilia, Brazil.

Friar Carlos TROVARELLI, the Assistant General for the Federación América Latina Conventuales (FALC) was present at the celebration. He had just finished the first part of his canonical visitation to the communities of the Province.

In addition to the celebrants, all forty-six friars from the Province’s houses of formation attended as well as the families of the newly-professed friars and the faithful of the parish—about 300 people).
At the end of the celebration, the friars consecrated themselves to the Immaculate, asking God to help them follow Mary’s example of fidelity to his Kingdom.
