On July 8, 2022, three men were officially welcomed into the postulancy program of the Conventual Franciscan Federation (CFF).
The Rite of Beginning Fraternity was held at the formation house located at the St. Bonaventure Friary in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Friar Paul Joseph LANGEVIN, Minister Provincial of the Province of St. Bonaventure in the USA, presided over the welcoming ceremony. Friar Michael HEINE, Minister Provincial of the Province of Our Lady of the Angels in the USA, was also present. About a dozen friars from nearby friaries joined in welcoming our new postulants. One of the new postulants is from the Province of St. Bonaventure: James MUZZEY of Holland, Michigan, USA (originally from Germany). The other two postulants are from the Province of Our Lady of the Angels: César PEREZ of Paramus, New Jersey, USA (originally from the Philippines), and Adam WOZNIAK of Syracuse, New York, USA. After the welcoming ceremony, everyone enjoyed a fraternal dinner.
