On November 9-14, 2020, the Province of St. Maximilian M. Kolbe in South Korea celebrated the second part of its Ordinary Provincial Chapter.

The Chapter was presided over by the Minister Provincial, Friar Marco (Jin Chol) JEONG. Also present was the Assistant General for the Federation of Asian Minors Conventual (FAMC), Friar Benedetto Seung-jae BAEK.
As the work of the Chapter began, the Capitulars elected Friar Francesco (Woo-shik) CHOI as the Provincial Exactor. Then they discussed and approved the 2020-24 Provincial Four-Year Plan. After that, various motions were discussed and approved.
Guardians of the communities and formators were elected. They are: 1. Seoul – Friar Matthias (Moon-ki) CHOI; 2. Incheon – Friar Samuel (Seong-hak) KIM; 3. Ganghwa – Friar Daegon Andrea (Yong-ki) KIM, Rector of the Seminary and the Postulancy Program; 4. Tongjin – Friar Stefano (Tae-ho) LIM; 5. Yangpyeong – Friar Alexandro (Young-seon) CHOI; 6. Daegu – Friar Giacomo (Hyo-keun) KIM; 7. Busan Daeyeon-dong – Friar Gabriel (Hae-won) KIM; 8. Busan Ilkwang – Friar Marie Giacomo (Sang-kyu) PARK; 9. Torrance, USA – Friar Andrea (Chang-woo) LEE; and 10. Novice Master Joseph (Myoung-jin) PARK.
The Chapter ended with a commemoration of the confreres who died over the last four years, namely, Friars Marie-Joseph (Tae-young) LEE and Peter (Bong-chul) YOO.
