Nineteen friars participated, along with the Assistant General for the Federation of Asian Minor Conventuals (FAMC), Friar Benedict Seung-jae BAEK.
From Monday, May 9 until the morning of Wednesday, May 11, the friars met in the Chapter hall to approve the newly revised the Provincial Statutes, discussing and voting on each individual number.
The Provincial Statutes were approved on Wednesday afternoon, May 11. Afterwards, the Capitulars discussed and voted on some important issues for the Jurisdiction.
The Chapter proved to be a moment of grace, because the friars had time to study and familiarize themselves with the new Provincial Statutes. Their insightful contributions and openness to the fraternal spirit made the Chapter a great success.
