On February 28, 2026, the friars of the Province of St. Maximilian M. Kolbe in South Korea celebrated the Golden Jubilee of the priestly ordination of Friar Benedetto Mun Sik PAK and the Silver Jubilee of the religious profession of Friar Leo Jeunghyun MA.
A special Mass was celebrated in the chapel of the St. Francis Friary in Seoul, South Korea. Friar Benedetto PAK presided over the Mass, assisted by his Guardian, Friar Anselmo Dong Ouck LIM, and the Minister Provincial, Friar Benedetto Seung Jae BAEK. Friar Leo MA proclaimed the first reading. The Mass was followed by a celebratory luncheon.
Please join us in praying that these friars, who have faithfully lived their vocations, one as a priest and the other as a religious brother, may continue to carry out their apostolates and remain steadfast in their Franciscan calling.
