The Provincial Custody of St. Bonaventure in France and Belgium has redesigned its vocations website (vocationfranciscaine.com), in order to present the life and charism of the Friars Minor Conventual in a simpler and more accessible way.
The website is intended to be a place where young men can engage in dialogue. They can express their problems and desires. The intention is to give them an opportunity to reflect on the central values of Christianity and Franciscanism. Together, we can discover what the Lord Jesus wants from our lives and allow him to fill them with meaning and truth.
The website is not only visited by young men from France, but also those from other French-speaking areas, particularly North America and Africa.
Currently, the Custody is helping nine young men discern their vocation at the Friary of Saint François d’Assise in Cholet, France. Moreover, there are five postulants in formation at the Friary of Saint Antoine in Brussels, Belgium.
