On July 25-30, 2022, the Province of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico conducted a Philosophy Study Week at the Maria Inmaculada Friary and Formation House in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico.

At that time, friars in initial and ongoing formation met to reflect on the key elements of Franciscan ontology from an anthropological perspective. The week was led by Friar Jesús Manuel RODRÍGUEZ MORALES. He focused on topics related to the genesis of man and his will, in keeping with the thought of St. Augustine, St. Bonaventure and Bl. Duns Scotus.
The study week offered academic formation, but also provided time for fraternal meetings, an exchange of viewpoints and common activities set up by the community that hosted the event.
May the Holy Doctors of the Franciscan tradition promote, even now, the desire for wisdom and encourage the dissemination of their rich perspectives.
