On December 12, 2020, an online formation meeting was conducted for the newly elected Guardians of the Province of St. Anthony and Bl. James of Strepar in Poland (Cracow).
Formation meetings with new Guardians are always led by the Vicar Provincial, Friar Mariusz KOZIOŁ. These meetings gather friars who have been elected to serve as Guardians for the first time (or after an interval). The meetings are part of the Provincial ongoing formation program for Superiors.
Others participating in this session were Friars Piotr STANISŁAWCZYK, the Secretary General for Formation (SGF), Dariusz BRYK, the Guardian of the friary in Bogenberg (Germany); and Bogdan KOCAŃDA, the President of the Provincial Commission for Ongoing Formation. These confreres lectured at the meeting and shared reflections on the topic of conflict resolution within the community.
The meeting was also attended by the Minister Provincial, Friar Marian GOŁĄB. He summarized and commented on the issues that were discussed.
