On September 14-19, 2024, the friars of the Provincial Custody of the Holy Cross in Ukraine conducted a spiritual retreat at the Friary of Bl. James of Strepar in Bil’shivtsi, Ukraine.
Friar Zdzisław J. KIJAS, the Postulator General of the Order, led the retreat. Those attending included fourteen friars of the Custody, a friar from the Friars Minor Province of St. Michael the Archangel, and a diocesan priest.
The theme of the meditations for the retreat was: “How to Believe in the 21st Century,” based on some events in the life of St. Francis and some biblical figures.
