On November 28, 2019, Pope Francis authorized the promulgation of the Decree declaring Friar Giacomo BULGARO, OFM Conv., venerable. Friar Giacomo was a religious brother whose mortal remains have reposed in our Church of San Francesco in Brescia, Italy, since April 28, 1994.
The Decretum super virtutibus was written in Latin. It was signed by Angelo Cardinal BECCIU, ex-Prefect of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints, and Archbishop Marcello BARTOLUCCI, former Secretary of the same Congregation.
