On December 4, 2018, the General Secretariat for Mission Animation (SGAM) organized a meeting for the twelfth edition of the “Mission Together” Project. The meeting took place at the Seraphicum International College of the Friars Minor Conventual in Rome.

The project helps our friars get training in Franciscan intercultural mission.
During the meeting, Friar Jarosław WYSOCZAŃSKI, the SGAM Secretary General, and Friar Alphonse VAZHAPPANADY, a SGAM member, presented the goals of the project and shared some practical experiences.
Friar Jarosław made a report on his last visit to Lebanon.
Those participating in the project include Friar Emanuele RIMOLI (Italy) formator and leader, Friar Piotr KŁYS (Poland), Friar Peter GWON (Korea) and Friar Longinus JUDUNG (Indonesia). They will begin a mission experience in Lebanon in August of 2019.
In the coming months, other meetings will take place to study the theology of the mission and the current situation in the country. The friars will also study various issues concerning the presence of the Order in this part of the world.
