On March 19, 2024, the Solemnity of St. Joseph, Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Friars Charbel Emmanuel M. ARARACAP, Giovanni Vincent Kevin M. ELEMOS, and Bernadetto Daniel M. DIONES, made their first profession of vows before the Provincial Custos, Friar Emmanuel M. GIVA. They promised to live in obedience, without anything of their own, and in chastity.

The event took place at the St. Joseph Friary in Tagaytay City, the Philippines. In his homily, the Provincial Custos focused on St. Joseph as a person beloved by God and a man who loved the Holy Family. He highlighted the heroic virtues of St. Joseph as the adopted father of the only begotten Son of God. In this regard, the friars may adopt St. Joseph as their spiritual father, heavenly protector, and powerful intercessor, in order to foster a deeper commitment to their religious vows.
Also on this day, twenty-two friars celebrated their anniversary of first profession. Six of them reached the thirty-year milestone in religious life. Fellow friars, men and women religious, families, friends, and collaborators came to witness the celebration.
