On Friday, January 19, 2024, a communique arrived from the Holy See announcing the appointment of Friar Enzo FORTUNATO as both the Coordinator of World Children’s Day and the Director of Communications at the Papal Basilica of St. Peter in the Vatican.
Friar Enzo is a member of the General Custody of the Sacred Convent of St. Francis in Italy (Assisi) where he was serving as the Director of the Press Office. At present, he is assigned to the Friary of St. Anthony at the Baths in Rome, under the obedience of the Minister General.
