The Pontifical Theological Faculty of St. Bonaventure (Seraphicum) in Rome is offering an on-line, introductory course in Franciscanism, in Spanish.

This on-line course will be taught over a two-year period (110 hours) and is open to all (religious and laity). It will offer basic study in Franciscan spirituality and will systematically explore various important aspects of the charism of St. Francis and St. Clare of Assisi. It will also cover the development of this charism by the great Franciscan masters of the 13th century.
From this perspective, the course will also explore some aspects of Franciscanism that are specific to the Latin American world, with the aim of highlighting the impact the charism has upon the history of Latin America to the present day.
The lessons for this course will be conducted online, on Thursday mornings (time to be determined), starting in January of 2023.
For more information on enrollment, the cost of the course (individual and group), the program and the dates of the lessons, send an email to: segreteria@seraphicum.org.
