On June 21-25, 2021, the Extraordinary Provincial Chapter of the Province of the Immaculate Mother of God in Poland (Warsaw) took place in Niepokalanów, Poland.

Some fifty friars from the Province participated in the Chapter, including friars residing in Germany, Italy and Burkina Faso (the friars from Bulgaria, Tanzania and Belarus were unable to travel). Also present was Friar Tomáš LESŇÁK, the Assistant General for the Foederatio Europae Mediae et Orientalis (FEMO).
The Capitulars worked on adapting the Provincial Statutes to conform to the new legislation of the Order. The Statute for Niepokalanów was also approved.
A large part of the session was devoted to the topic of renovating Niepokalanów. Therefore, a number of motions were approved to optimize its existing structures in order to accommodate a larger number of pilgrims at this special reality created by St. Maximilian.
The Capitulars also responded to Motion No. 9 of the 2019 General Chapter and decided to open a Provincial house of prayer in Stoczek, Poland.
The Chapter concluded with a ceremony at the friary cemetery in Niepokalanów. The Capitulars prayed for the souls of the friars buried there and entrusted to the Lord the souls of those friars who died in the last few months, but are buried elsewhere.
