The celebration was presided over by the Minister Provincial, Friar Gilberto DE JESUS RODRIGUES. Those attending included the confreres residing in Brasilia and its surroundings, student friars of the Province, men and women religious, and the relatives and friends of the newly professed.
At the end of the liturgy, the Guardian of the São Boaventura Friary in Brasilia, Friar Flávio FREITAS DE AMORIM, took the podium and spoke movingly about the fruits of the Amazonian mission founded by Friar Augustyn JANUSZEWICZ (†March 20, 2011). Finally, everyone came together to celebrate the gift of these confreres.
