On Friday, December 17, 2021, the Franciscan part of the course for new Guardians of the Federatio Europae Mediae et Orientalis (FEMO) was conducted online.
Twelve friars attended the online class. They belonged to Jurisdictions in Poland, the Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Friar Piotr STANISŁAWCZYK, the Delegate General for Formation (SGF), gave the first lecture on the subject of motivation and how to get the friars motivated.
Friar Robert LEŻOHUPSKI gave the second lecture, which was focused on the office of the superior of the community, as defined in the new Constitutions. After the lectures, there was time remaining for questions and discussion.
Friar Robert ZBIERAŃSKI moderated the meeting and also led a discussion on the main problems one experiences as he begins the service of Guardian.
