On Monday May 1, 2023, at 2:30 p.m., the nine novices of the Province of St. Maximilian M. Kolbe in India professed their temporary vows. The ceremony took place at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi, at the Assisi Shanthi Kendra Friary in Karukutty, State of Kerala, India.
The Minister Provincial, Friar Bonaventure KALLUVETTUKUZHIYL, received the vows during the celebration of Mass. The Rector of the minor seminary, Friar Sinto ANTU THIRUTHEL, gave the homily. The Vicar Provincial, Friar Antony NALLUKUNNEL, and the Novice Master, Friar Francis Antony PARECKATTIL, served as witnesses for the profession of vows. Those attending the ceremony included the families, confreres and friends of the newly professed as well as some parishioners.
