On July 12-14, 2021, the Italian Province of St. Francis of Assisi (Central Italy) conducted a meeting for its young friars. The meeting took place at the San Francesco d’Assisi Friary in Foligno, Italy.
Nineteen friars attended, including postulants, post-novices and young confreres already residing in the friaries. The meeting was convened by the Provincial Definitory. The young friars met to examine and discuss the reports and the summary document from the first part of the Ordinary Provincial Chapter, which was celebrated June 14-19, 2021.
The friars worked in three study groups. Afterwards, they prepared a document to be sent to the Delegates in the second part of the Chapter. The document is intended to serve as the contribution and proposal of this young component of the Provincial fraternity for the work of the Chapter.
